Responsibilities:
- Work with Head HR in complete HR operations process for DB E&C India
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases
- Design and implement company policies
- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
- Create detailed reports on HR costs
- Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems
- Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
- Adherence to fair employment laws and practices
- Support team members in the offer process, HR policy, employee onboarding process, exit formalities
- Adhering to all compliance and auditing requirements for the conduct of ethical and transparent operations
- including compliance with all DB E&C policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Any other responsibility assigned by Head HR from time to time
- Graduate in Relevant field
- Qualification in Masters preferred
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
