For this Project we are seeking a Quality and Compliance Consultant as part of DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH, Saudi Arabia Branch.

Responsibilities:

Implementation of the existing quality assurance and compliance programs within the rail system and identifying suggested improvements to ensure that operations, services, and facilities meet regulatory standards and customer expectations.
Develop and implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve service quality.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to verify compliance with established standards.
Collaborate with department heads to address quality and compliance issues.
Develop and deliver training programs to employees on quality and compliance standards.
Analyze data and customer feedback to identify areas for quality improvement.
Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices related to quality and compliance.

Qualifications:

Project management skills
Railway O&M background
Relevant quality management certification
Min. academic degree: B.Sc. Engineering
Min. 10 years in in rail industry
Min. 5 years in leadership position
Min. 10 years in a similar position
International experience, preference GCC
