Sr. Architecture Expert
For this project we are seeking a Sr Architecture Expert for a Semi High Speed Rail Project in Delhi, India.

Responsibilities:
Proof-checking of architectural designs/drawings submitted by DDC with focus on the following:
- Design optimization of stations, depots, PD areas, and other supporting buildings such as housing, police stations/posts, barracks, RSS, and public convenience structures (e.g., facility areas, skywalks, etc.) based on international expertise.
- Review and provide context-based value additions for station design and urban form to support NCRTC in improvement and finalization.
- Review and suggest value additions for optimized and innovative PEB structures, architectural finishes, aesthetic lighting, etc., to support NCRTC in improvement and finalization.
- Recommend modern technologies/methodologies for station design and implementation based on international expertise and best practices.
- Propose sustainable ideas/features based on international expertise and best practices.
- Perform any other tasks required for project completion as assigned by the PD/NCRTC.
- Assist NCRTC with presentations to ministries, statutory approving authorities, stakeholders, and management as required.
- Minimum 15 years of post–Bachelor’s degree experience in the infrastructure subsector related to transport and logistics.
- At least 10 years of experience in planning and reviewing detailed architectural designs and drawings of elevated stations, underground stations, and depots, including preparation of tender drawings for rail-based passenger transit systems, in the capacity of Chief Architecture Expert or an equivalent position.
- Prior experience in an “Eligible Assignment,” defined as working as personnel of a General Consultant (GC), Project Management Consultant (PMC), or Employer, including roles with the Authority or Concessionaire responsible for project implementation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience on rail-based passenger transit system projects with an operational speed of 160 km/h or more in developed countries, as per the UN definition.
- Graduate in Architecture
- Working proficiency in written and spoken English.
