For this Bangalore Metro project, we are seeking Testing and Commissioning Engineer - Signaling

Responsibilities:

Supervise Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities of signaling systems for metro rail projects.
Review and understand signaling design documents, interface requirements, and system specifications.
Prepare and execute detailed T&C plans, procedures, and schedules in alignment with project timelines.
Coordinate with design, installation, and system integration teams to ensure smooth execution of T&C works.
Conduct functional, integration, and performance testing of signaling equipment
Manage troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during testing phases.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
Prepare test reports, maintain documentation, and ensure approvals from client/consultant.
Support acceptance activities, including Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and System Acceptance.
Interface with stakeholders for T&C activities and approvals.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical / mechanical
Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with Testing & Commissioning of Signaling systems in Metro/Rail projects.
Strong knowledge of modern signaling technologies (CBTC, ATP/ATO, Interlocking systems).
Hands-on experience in T&C methodologies, safety protocols, and system integration.
Excellent coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
