The Role - Design Engineer - Telecom To
support designs for German Projects.
For this project we are seeking a Telecommunication Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Support in preparation of project documentation like Feasibility Study, Concept Design, Design Brief, Technical specification, O&M manuals, related to Telecom sub-systems such as Backbone transmission network (BTN), Security Systems (CCTV and ACIDS), PAS & PIDS.
- Prepare technical proposals for Telecom system bids. BOQ preparation, and risk analysis for large-scale railway projects.
- The design and development of Telecom Systems with latest technology, ensuring compliance with international standards & other relevant standards and safety protocols.
- Review designs prepared by other Engineers as per to ensure completeness according to technical & quality guidelines.
- Supervise, provide technical guidance, and mentor other Engineers / CAD Designers / other technical staff within the same project.
- Create and improve established engineering processes.
- Conduct Customer / stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication / Telecommunication or equivalent qualification or work experience in a relevant area.
- Relevant Experience (years): A minimum of 6-8 Years in Railways / Metro Rail in Telecom System Design.
- Excellent, proven knowledge and experience in telecommunications engineering for railways.
- Ability / Desire to work successfully with multi-cultural teams across different countries independently.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- German language skills would be an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Open to learn German Language.
