Responsibilities:
• He/she shall inspect the movement at center of LWR/CWR as per the schedule
and record his observation in the LWR/CWR register.
• He/she will scrutinize/analyses LWR/CWR register to investigate the reasons of
unsatisfactory performance of LWR/CWR if any and shall give directions to his
staff to take remedial action, if any.
• He/she shall bring to the notice of the Deputy General Manager Track / CMO,
any work pertaining to LWR/CWR, which is beyond his capacity to deal with and
any other item which he considers necessary for the safe functioning of
LWR/CWR.
• He shall ensure that the staff working under him is fully in converse with their
respective responsibilities regarding the laying and maintenance of LWR/CWR.
• He shall ensure that all remedial actions for LWR/CWR showing unsatisfactory
behavior are taken in time.
• He shall give a certificate that all the LWR/CWR in his jurisdiction are behaving
satisfactorily. He would arrange to send the LWR/CWR register for scrutiny of
Deputy General Manager Track/ CMO once in a year before summer.
Qualifications
• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 6-7 Years of Experience into track
• Pro-active and self-starter attitude, confidence, and independence
• Excellent communication, networking, and logical thinking
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

We are looking for transport and mobility enthusiasts and entrepreneurs with long-standing experience in railway operations and projects in India or worldwide. We are currently seeking you to build up and manage the operation and maintenance of a Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and Mass Rapid Transport System (MRTS) business in Delhi, India. This 82km long Delhi-Meerut line will consist of 16 RRTS and 6 MRTS stations. This will include developing a local O&M company from scratch to full operations, developing and leading a passionate and performance driven team, steering quality, performance and customer satisfaction as well as ensuring economic success in India.
