For this project we are seeking a IT Manager
Responsibilities:
- Application support, MIS generation from database as per client requirement.
- Managing Team of IT Engineers (System admin, Network Admin and Application Support).
- Managing inventory of server, firewall, desktops, laptops and workstations.
- Manage Active directory server and configuration.
- Manage Microsoft O365 admin centre.
- Prepare Project Status report and define milestone.
- Application training and support.
- Analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
- Trouble shooting of system related to hardware, software & Network. Daily and Monthly MIS, Devices reports.
- Create & Manage Domain & additional Domain Controller, managing Local user accounts, Domain accounts & groups, Auditing Policies.
- Linux & Window Installation &, Linux Usage Basics, managing Users, groups & permission, managing Network configuration, implement Network System
- Rescue and troubleshooting.
- Installation of SQL Server 2008, 2012,2016,2019 on IBM/HP Blade centre.
- Create, modify, update and maintaining stored procedure.
Qualifications:
- Graduation in IT/Computer Science Engineering
- 6+ Years of Post Qualification work Experience
