Land Transport Operation Representative

Ensures sustainability of the land transport operation in timely manner with high quality service and follows up the international land transport operations of acquired customers under custody.

Job Description

* Plans vehicle schedule and supplies the truck according to the needs.

* Follows up the transportations of acquired customers under custody and provides sustainability of the operations in expected time and without damages.

* Manages the transactions towards operations with foreign DB Schenker offices within the scope of DB Schenker Arkas trade compliance process.

* Responds to all questions in optimal way which comes from acquired customers in timely manner and finds alternative solutions for existing problems.

* Creates alternative suppliers and continuous development of new suppliers.

* Supports related teams in terms of pricing for gaining new customers and follows up invoicing process regards to actualized services.

- Based in İzmir, İstanbul or Bursa

* Bachelor’s degree

* Good command of English

* Min 3 years of land transport international operations experience.

* Having international land transport vehicle supply experience and portfolio for gaining new suppliers to the company is preferred. 

* Experienced in vehicle supply in international operations.

* Having a command of transportation and customs legislation.

* A good team player, solution oriented, open for improvement.
