The Role of HR Manager entails comprehensive oversight of key functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, development, and talent management.

This position is based in Bangalore, and we are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

                   Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives, fostering positive management-employee relations and collaborating with international HR team

                   Manage full recruitment cycle, talent acquisition, and retention efforts

                   Support organizational growth by nurturing people development and engagement

                   Oversee HR strategies and systems while maintaining a positive work environment. Drive high performance through effective performance appraisal systems and benefits management.

                   Ensure legal compliance and provide decision support through HR metrics.

                   Support departmental HR planning and manage HR activities while fostering strong external relationships and handling confidential matters discreetly.

Qualifications:

                   Bachelor's/Master’s degree in human resources or a related field combined with a minimum of 10+ years of demonstrated expertise as an HR Manager/HR Generalist/Business Partner

                   Possesses a people-oriented mindset and a track record of delivering results paired with proven experience in utilizing Human Resources metrics to drive decision-making

                   Capable of formulating strategic initiatives, exhibiting strong leadership qualities and proficient in HR systems and databases and

                   Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills as well able in building and managing interpersonal relationships across all organizational levels

                   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills coupled with an unwavering ethical approach and additional proficient in problem-solving as well as conflict resolution techniques

                   Familiarity with HR Software such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc. combined with an understanding of national HR laws and best practices

                   Intercultural competence and profound experience working in international teams
