Tasks & Responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact for the Schenker Global Management Services (SGMS) entity for all P&O matters.
- Central administration of remote employee master data in close alignment with local P&O departments
- Support cross-location projects for P&O alongside Controlling, Accounting, and Tax department
- Coordinate annual processes for global remote employees, including salary review, target setting and bonus payout
- Support hiring approval processes and onboarding
- Support and coordinate service providers (e.g. tax consultancy)
- Consolidation of HR information for internal invoicing and budgeting
- You must have background in HR or Controlling
- You must have project management skills and had prior exposure to projects in a global setup
- You must have prior exposure to complex international matric setups
- You work best as part of a team with strong international collaborative skills
- You must be structured, analytical and are able to manage deliverables in organized and effective manner
- This role requires a dynamic individual with an understanding of technology, organizational skills, and human resources processes.
- You have strong skills in building relationships and stakeholder engagement
- You are fluent in English (every other language is a plus)
