Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement
- Support day-to-day HR recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, shortlisting to coordination of interviews
- Research activities for weekly HR employee engagement
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics support to run engagement events
Governance & Services
- Participate in working with Business Units (BUs) to align HR policies, and practices
- Ensure proper process workflows and support daily workforce operations matters and employee enquiries in the regional office
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions to attract top-quality candidates
- Work in partnership with the different Tribe leads and Team
- Provide support in HR projects, initiatives, system transformation, and functional portfolios to support overall HR workplan
Talent Analytics
- Provide support in areas of HR metrics, reporting & visualization of data
- Generate actionable insights through data analysis
- Identify area of improvement in HR process & operations through analytics
Qualifications:
- Preferably candidates pursuing courses in Human Resource Management or related courses
- Preferably able to commit from 17 June 2024 to 31 December 2024
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Meticulous
- Ability to work independently
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
